Thanks Tom and you too Jerry, I'm on an iPad not a desktop. My memory came back when I saw the word embed.
I had asked this question before in another thread and Erik gave the same instructions.

Even though I am truly a huge fan of music and always have been, I think the embed option is best for a thread like this.
so I will just browse from now on.
