Barney Miller was mentioned and was one of my favorites. Best episode was where they find the college kid making the Nuclear Bomb. That goof from the bomb squad can't figure out what it is and Ditrich comes in and says "where'd you get the nuclear bomb"? Everybody makes a break for the door. And Ditrich says "Where are you going"? "You can't get away"! Barney asks the kid why he made the bomb and the kid says "I'm just a C student, you should see what the A and B students are thinking of"! Mikey
Use to follow SNL in the early 90's with Norm McDonald & Chris Rock compagny . Loved that Wayne's World sketchs especially before the movie came out . Don't know this one but if you don't laugh at all after viewing this video I don't know what to do ! http://www.glumbert.com/media/laugh
I love the Hillbillies. Greatest sit com to me. Where else did they have characters like jethrene? The movie studio stuff and Jethro as a double Naught Spy, greatness in my opinion. The Red Green Show is pretty good. I like the first few seasons of Two and a Half Men and Rules of Engagement.
caroll burnett show, how could you go wrong with that cast?? get smart gilligans island(forget that one guys)? monty python old snl w/belushi...remember the bee's? "i caught so & so in bed buzzing off! And he had honey on his stinger!!!"p soap(never thought i would agree w/Steve on anything). fawlty towers(i understood this better than monty python) drew carey show(only the first couple years) dark shadows(not ment to be comedy, but i found it hilarious) two & a half men(charlie is such a man-whore):TU: the big bang theory stupid shows i see mentioned: earl the office chappelles show(are you kidding me)?barf-o-rama
Anyone remember The Young One's? Best British comedy ever!!:beer Benny Hill and Monty Python kick butt too. Two & a half men MASH Hogan's Hero's The Munster's Gilligan's Island Happy Day's
Family Guy rules !! Also: Seinfeld, Simpson's, Living Color (the first few seasons). Nobody mentioned "The Man Show"?? C'mon ... Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Corolla and those juggies. Who was the old guy who chugged entire beers in seconds and sang those dirty songs? He was awesome. :TU:
My second group of favorites would be: Gilligans Island Happy Days The Munsters The Adams Family The Cosby Show Raymond My name is Earl, Two and a half men and the office are pretty good for today's shows but I just don't feel the need to watch them everytime they come on. Hell, I guess I am getting older and grouchy.
I added my shows on page 2, but you know what show me and my wife have been stuck on for the last little while? Farmer Wants a Wife. It's really dumb and a waste of time, but I guess we all need our intake of steady cheap trash.
M*A*S*H by far is my favorite. I "listened" to all 11 seasons twice when I was out for eye surgery and had to lay face down for two weeks straight! I had watched it for so many years growing up and after that I could listen to the show and know what was going to happen next. I now watch it with my 10 year old son most nights before we go to sleep.
The best was never brought up.....THE 3 STOOGES......they are still the funniest show to watch......realize most women dont see there humor
