I am sorry, I talk a lot about my Wildcat, but I realized I rarely show pictures, so here are a couple...
I don't drive our Buick daily, but take it to do errands and such when the weather's good. I'm in Massachusetts, so it sleeps inside all winter. My daily drivers are a '99 CR-V and a '17 Tundra. I only drive the Tundra these days when I haul/tow something the CR-V can't handle.
We're on a mission from God.I was just watching The Blues Brothers on netflix tonight. still love that movie. Any way Engine parts aren't too bad (standard LS stuff) .there are a lot caprice's coming out of service (usually 10 years) so used stuff is becoming available. there are a few guys around that buy /sell parts-cars . which helps .New stuff from gm is all over front doors are 1000 rear doors are 258 stuff is also starting to dry up because gm closed holden down .most of the chassis stuff is available gm or aftermarket (same as SS) . I fixed my car with mostly used sheetmetal but got the rocker cover from gm for 29 bucks . She handles great ,but rides a little harsh because it doesn't have all the heavy police equipment in it.I can't give up my rear wheel drive v8 cars yet cheers Tim
We have our choice of daily’s. Both classics are grounded right now. The GS is waiting for me to go to the Fl DMV to get tags, and the Monte Carlo has been in body shop jail for close to 2 years now. Our daily’s include a Jaguar, Range Rover, F250, and Jeep Wrangler.
I hadn’t either and when I found out it was an option for 2009 I had to have one (I was looking for a different daily). No afm and selectable 4wd.
