My 70 Skylark key fob thang. The keys on the right are "security keys " , The Club steering wheel lock key, the hood lock keys and positive terminal battery wingnut. (I disconnect battery when I park it). Ya should see my daily driver key thang, looks like a school janitors key ring....Jim
I know exactly where that was...in the late 60s my dad and I would do the tour around our apartment building and look at the dealerships on Jasper Ave...you interested in selling it?
While looking for an original dealer emblem I found the daughter (MSM) of the dealer who sold my 68 Wildcat when new (have the P.O.P.). Turned out she still had a NOS emblem, and to my surprise she shipped a key fob along with the emblem.
Sorry Marc I like the key chain. I wish I could 100% track my car to the dealer. I tried to trace it based on CA import records but my cars vin is MIA. If you meet someone with a build sheet from Jenner...take a pic I want to compare the address.
I have these 3 - Key Chains - For Sale if anyone wants to either update or add to what they already have. $10.99 + Shipping for all 3. https://www.ebay.com/itm/114136105409
Ah, that's too bad, but understandable. The address would be the same, they were there up until the late 70s. I can't remember who bought them out, whether it was Western GMC or Northgate, but Northgate has been around since about 1976, so it might be them. But the location on 107th and Jasper was wound up in around 1976. There's a Boston Pizza there now.
I picked this up affordably off eBay - unfortunately there was no Motorama for '59 : EDIT :: Crap- apparently there was a '59 Motorama. Need to see if there were any souvenior key fobs...
I love KILL BILL and had to have this one for the Special Wagon: Cracks me up every time I see it. Since I have a few cars with the exact key style the keychain is essential to ID'ing the keys. The 64 wagon has a leather one like above post. Riv has an R symbol. 65 Red convertible has a Elvis guitar pick in red sparkle. Green convertible has a Bolivian Millers Association keychain. Cheers!
I have this one. When i repair a Buick, i give this one to the owner`s. Only one left, Think i found them on Ebay. Goran
Pat, it was some year`s ago. I will look for more after the last one is gone. They are good qualite. Goran
