I don't have a picture of it but my favorite 70 Stage 1 was the Silver Coupe that Gary Foster used to own. It was restored by Dave Kleiner and was simply gorgeous. I liked it better everytime I saw it and the car didn't even come with a radio.:laugh::laugh:

Someone here may have a pic.

The hardtop belongs to Rob Ross , it's Gulfstream Blue . The conv. belongs to Rob's father-in-law Bill .

There is something wrong with this pic. Maybe its the fact that the car seems to be hooking with 6 inch wide cheaters or is it that grille emblem wandering over to the wrong side:laugh:

I know that GS. Looks much better than when I had possession of it. Rob and his father in law's cars are very nicely restored.

Thanks Jason and Kenny! Here's one from our car show at work. The other is from our local track where I ran against a buddy with 440 6 bbl bee. We both ran on stock tires.

Great photo, Dan! BTW, if you noticed, the fronts are just about at the point of getting off the ground in that shot. If you notice the dialed-in time on the windshield (11.94) that seems about right. I've noticed over the years that an interesting coincidence is that the threshold for getting the front wheels off the ground is right about where cars start dipping into the 11s.
I wonder how modded that motor was. Could it have just had headers and a jet & timing tweak to run 11s? Cool!
    Thanks for sharing.

This one. Because it was the first ones I took after I restored it. Post did not say it could not be an "X"
