how can you put sound bits on here??

 

I sure don't, it sound's pretty good now, some mods that may be in order for this winter are TA Headers and a 2 1/2 or maybe 3" Flowmaster exaust system. right now it just has Glasspacks. Also this winter alot of cosmetics will be done, probably pull the motor and front clip back out, give her a good sprucing up.

 

i wonder how my nailhead will sound with the t/a headers dual 2 1/2in pipes and flowmaster super 40's? that should give it a nice note? the ricers will know when im coming :grin: :3gears: , i need some advice or at least an opinion, im thinking of getting a th700r4 with an adaptor to run it behind my nailhead and as for rear gears im thinking of running 4.11's or 4.56's would this combo be worth the work and money also how hard would it be to find an adaptor plate?

cool do you have glAsspacs opn it or are you just running straight pipes to the bellflowers? oh also is your mill a 2 barrel or 4?

 

it's got glasspacks on it, I have been toying with the idea of taking them off to see what it sounds like but i probably wouldn't leave them off 'cause it already makes alot of noise when you punch it, also it's a two barrel until i can find a tri-power for it

 

The same way the movie "JAWS" back in the 70's made everyone think all sharks were man eaters, the movie fast and furious made ricers think that all their weed whackers are fast.

Just like the shark thing, we will all come to realize, while there ARE some man eating sharks and fast imports, there are also docile sharks and wannabee ricer idiots with slow pieces of crap who think they are fast.

 

exactly!!!! lol i have alot of freinds who are into imports, i bag on the ricers but i respect the people who are seriously trying to get their car fast, as a matter of fact i rode in an integra with a b20 vtec ( CRV Motor With integra gsr head, alot of people use the b16 vtec head but it doesnt flow as good, GSR is b18c ) which i gotta say is a rather quick little 4 popper, well i rode in that thing and i gotta say when the vtec cracks its a rather harmonious sounding motor and it pulls very nicely in the top end, my freind hasnt timed the car yet but it probably runs high 12's or low 13's by the way it feels although that aint a good way to judge it i can say it without thinking twice about it, best thing about his car is it looks stock...

 

Thats 3 of us! well, I just have the top end pulled apart doin some valvetrain work (all stock) in my 64 Wildcat Ragtop, 425 Nailhead Its quite the boat, but I have been toldit will be decently fast, the first drive will tell! Waiting on intake gaskets right now.

The next Car hopefully will be a smaller late 60s car, i'd love a 67-72 GS (i know 2 body styles, but they are all awesome) or skylark with a 455 of course!
