Looking for the stainless steel piece behind the passenger side rear wheel. This has been difficult to locate as most have had holes drilled in to hold them on after the clips have rotted out. Looking for one that hasn't been drilled. This is the last trim piece needed to clone a 2DR Special Deluxe Hard Top to a Skylark. Thanks!

    Tom,
My contact in Cali says the quarter had the trim on it. If he had read his PM's before he left he would have gotten the trim piece for you while he was there getting some other parts. Maybe contact them to see if they will sell it off the quarter!!!

Sorry I'm just getting back to ya, but I went through all my moldings. I must have sold the complete set I had for a 66

I might have one. I won't be able to check right away though as my extra trim is in the trunk of the car and the car is currently in a shop for some work. Will check when I can and let you know.

Tom best I can do is one with one hole, the good thing is that they drilled between the rib area that is painted black. You can have the SS welded and ground down and it can be polished and when painted it will look nice. You can also just tape stripe over it and it will look good.

I am in the same boat, have found all the SS but not the clips. Need a source for the door and rear quarter behind the wheel. As I remember the 4 pieces of lower side chrome on a 66 uses 5 different clips, or at least 4 different one's. Thanks Bill.

thanks Bill. It's better than nothing! How much are you looking for it? Also didn't realize the clips are not available.

Tom I think I am going brain dead. I got these out and they are for in front of the rear wheel. I thought they the rear one's. Must be old age. I will look again to see if I have and extra for BEHIND the rear wheel, sorry about that, thanks Bill.
