Ah....ok Gary that's what mine is. Shame that the lid got damp at one time in the attic. I thought the attic was the driest place for stuff. Learned my lesson but took 25 yrs to do so.......:Dou:

WOW!!!! I sold one of these on eBay in the fall. Guess I made a huge mistake by not listing mine as a 1969. I didn't know the difference and listed mine as a 70-72....even though it had a GS400 sticker :Dou: The winning bidder told me it was for a 69 when he bid. I think I got $220 for mine.

That looks like a lot of shill bidding going on! If it doesn't sell, you will know that for sure, no one in their right mind would pass up that kind of money for that air cleaner!:eek2:

If this is a legit auction, the seller better drop his reserve and take the high bid before the buyer sobers up.

As Chris said, if it ends where it is without the reserve met, it's a pretty good indication that there's some shill bidding going on...

WOW $500 for a GS air cleaner!

I have collected about 12 GS air cleaners so far.
I guess one day I will have to sell them at my old age!

Untill a item or car meets reserve and money changes hands, the bidding doesn't necessarily reflect true market value.
