The last one went for well up over 150 bucks...I looked at the bidders and it seems there was some "friends" running it up...Trying to make huge money. They are the same as Big car brackets.Looks like I am sitting on big money as I have about 8-9 of these.I will give members the Big Nasty discount on V8 for the low price of 110 a piece  Really the nerve of some people. :spank: :spank: ...

ROFL... I believe the bracket is for the 67-76, i know i pulled one off of my 76 455 block and it's the same thing.

  7. i think it is 68-76.. the 67 still used mechanical throttle linkage instead of a cable

No runners on my AUCTIONS ...................

Yes I Sold a 70 455 throttle bracket on Ebay last week and I would have been happy to get 25.00 for it, its not my fault someone gave me 155.00 for it and bought the rocker molding straps on my other auction for 76.00 more, and this crap that people are running up the auction  well if they are I don't know about it because I didn't know anybody on there, well will see what happens this time because I put my last one on, I try to be very good with people on this board and on Ebay with parts don't need to have anybody run up my prices because its all play money for my hobby and Family, well I guess this puts a different light on this subject and board.

That would be me that bought your bracket and rocker moulding straps. Happy on the price, hmm, but not your fault though. Even though my car will not be a big dollar collectible car I'm still trying to get all the correct parts for it which has in a way become the fun part of building it since when i got it it was literally a stripped out shell with nothing, no nose, no motor or tranny, no interior, just a low mileage shell on its way to the junkyard. But as luck would have it things do balance out in the end, pay a bit of money for one thing and get a good deal on something else. I guess you can say I was pretty happy to find at the same time two correct 4 speed humps for my 4 speed conversion plus the correct retaining ring and section of floor pan to use for measuring purposes, and i was seconds away from giving up on that and just going with the repro chevelle one. Price that I paid, I can't complain seeing how everyone makes them out to be pretty hard to find. Even though it will not be visible once installed its just nice to know its there.

One will be going in the car of course, the other, I wanted to see if there was a way to reproduce it preferably in metal or maybe fiberglass
