It's a Youtube video by Paul Birder. There's actually a lot of mouse videos for cats. My cat seems to like this one the best. I haven't seen the entire video yet, so I don't know how it ends! Actually, I have probably seen most of it in five minute increments because every time I go to my computer, my cat sits in front of the monitor and won't let me do anything.
Yup three dogs, I always tell the wife it's three to many but in reality I spend most of the time with them so it's all good. Except when all three have a stomach bug which came through just last week,
Many years ago we had a mostly black cat named Muffin. One evening I was watching a National Geographic documentary on Snow Geese - Muffin came into the room, noticed the birds, and sat for the rest of the program watching the TV intently.
If I let my dogs out I probably would never see at least one of them again. They both love to explore. The older dog would probably come home eventually, if she didn't get hit by a car first. The other would find a family that would love her and she would be perfectly happy - until they let her out unleashed. I have a 90 by 180 foot dog pen with 6' chain link fence, so they can pretty much come and go as they please.
...our last cat was brighter than one we have now. We were watching TV when she saw a bird in the black "window" (TV), and promptly ran around corner into laundry room looking for it. I miss that cat...
Brought my 2 little dudes to yard today No trucking for me I'm in the warehouse today so why not have them hang out
Our Springer Spaniel is 12 years old and deaf as a post. I let her out at midnight last night and when I went to let her in, she was laying in the snow facing the alley. I opened the door and called her. Now, I wasn't, shall we say, dressed very well, and didn't want to step out to get her. I called, and called, then realized that, now that she is deaf, I can wake up the whole house and she will still lay there, happily watching the alley. I finally tossed something small and hit her in the butt. It scared the daylights out of her and she gave me a reproaching look before she came in. Next time, I will throw on some pants before I let her out.
Barrett is a Broader Collie Australian Shepard mix. Considered a “Highbred “. It’s a “thing” as well. Bred to do one thing…herd. Drive past an open field and he goes nuts. When he sees a cow he really goes crazy! Herds anything, kids, other dogs, you name it. They are supposed to be number one in intelligence. And us owners are supposed to work their minds as much as work there athletic’s. Didn’t know this when I rescued him but after a week of having him knew there was something different about him. So studied up on this highbred. Hard to keep up with him!
That’s correct. When they expose their “chassis” there most vulnerable area, they trust you or their environment.
This is better well said! You are exactly correct. Exposing ALL of there vital organs….including… And all while they’re sleeping!
