    Beamer Suncoupes Rule !!!

For good ole Jim Beam... :Brow:

My father in law introduced me to Jim before I even met my wife. Isn't it supposed to go the other way, to meet him some time afterwards? But I enjoy this particular spirit more than others, and I took the name as such. I always have a bottle at the house, and whenever I travel.

back in the 70s there was a disc jockey on AM radio WLS in chicago named larry lujack. he had a side kick little tommy. they where called charming and delightful Ole uncle Lar and snot nosed tommy.
back about 15 yrs ago or so i had a work partner named tommy and they started calling us uncle Lar and little Tommy after the infamous WLS duo. and the name stuck
back in high school my nic name was 4-Speed. because I was fast as lightning shifting my 68 GS 400 4 spd.
Maybe that name will be resurected when i get my 70 GS stage 1 4sp on the road!
but for now its just Ole unclelar!! and getting older by the day!!

TUFBUICK was the licence plate I got for my Grand National when it was new.

I used to do a lot of street racing and that's what most people knew me as, so it stuck. I like it !!!!!!!!!!

And i got the nick name wheelman, then after a couple months of having my gs on the road my reputation got around and the little rice cars dont want any. so my friends changed it to godziller because i terrorize all the imports with the wings and folger can exhaust.
so say you have a buick and then smerk and they will leave you alone.

Anyone who owns a '70 GS and/or a Playstation 2 Game, "Driver 2" is THE game, where you can Drive '70 GS's to outrun the cops, drive recklessly through city streets to beat times, and then go to "Secret" locations to unlock the Ultimate "Hidden Treasure", a Yellow '70 GSX, that is FASTER than all the "regular" cars in the game! :bglasses:

To me, it's not a game, though. That's the way I NORMALLY Drive! :TU:

In the original "Driver" game, you drive a '70 Chevelle. Glad that they improved with the Sequel!

In 1983 ,a film came out called "JUNKMAN". It was produced by an icon by the name of H.B.Halicki. He was a selfmade man that I have admired most of my life since 1974,when "GONE IN 60 SECONDS" hit the drive-ins.A killer movie! In 1989 ,'Toby' Halicki was killed in a stunt situation that went bad, during filming of a second 'Gone in 60 Seconds' . A tribute to a one man wonder.

My car is a '65 GS and it's got a Stage 2 in it. I didn't want it to run together and look like this: stage265. So I spelled out the 2 as "two".

I had a 1987 Pontiac GTA for years (agreat car if you don't mind sitting on the ground! well almost) and live in Austin, TX, and I use that name on other boards. I really should change it to something more topical.
