Finished up my GS, washed it after sitting for two summers, engine is back in, took it for a ride around, everything seemed good. Now just want to get to the track, see if any improvements were made.
Did some electrical work on this... Still have the PS window motors to figure out.. Then install some mufflers- as it is STRAIGHT-PIPED from the manifolds back!!! Wayyyyy too loud! 505 rear wheel @ 10 psi of boost...
2021 with 3047 miles, just for fun. Cathi wants to haul her bike when I'm working so we have to share. I'm already digging it!
Intercooler final fitted and mounted. MSD box mounted Revamped the heater hoses Passenger door arm rest cover Passenger seat sliding fixed Making more progress every day..
Got back to the Triumph again tonight. Replaced the front brake pads, cleaned up the calipers and rotors, and replaced the brake fluid in the front brake system. The lever feel is awesome now! I kinda miss how easy motorcycles are to work on...
Make sure you have some beads rolled in the tubes or some weld beads to retain them even low boost can push them off
These were just used to make sure the pipes from the intercooler were straight. The carb hat pipe and the one from the supercharger go into the boots. Thanks for keeping me inline.I am still learning and asking dumb questions, but want to make sure I don't have to do things over..
Both.. bought a bigger house more suitable for our family, but smaller garage that needs to be finished off. It will do for now until we buy the forever home… one day lol
