Doesn't really matter, what ever's on the radio.
What's really fun is watching the kid's faces get all twisty when playing the old tunes on the old AM radio in the car.
Uh... dad...can you turn the radio off? My friends will be talking...

Metallica for sure. Guns and Roses is an old favorite.

Just ask Alan about those all night road trips to BG. He would sleep and I would listen to GnR loud enough to keep me awake:grin:

If you like rock and roll, you just can't forget appetite for destruction. It was one of the best.

80's Rock, anything else just doesn't cut it. Cant stand those ricers, whose stereos have more power, and make more noise than their car. At least it drowns out the tin can exhaust though.

I like a very wide range of music to much to list bands, so I'll just list some types I like.
Oldies, Classic rock, 80's Hardcore/Skate/Surf Punk, Shoegazor, Blues, Blue Grass, Indie. All depends on what kind of mood I'm in. If I'm in The Buick I usually listen to Oldies, Classic or Big Block. :)

Not much of a fan of rap, top 40, Metal, or commercial "Alternative" rock.

I listen to anything but country.....willingly.

I really like jazz, old and new styles. Been playing and listening for 10 years, and love every minute of it. There's a new radio station called Red - they play lots of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy (Rat Pack), show tunes, and some more modern fun music.

I'm a big fan of house, techno, dance, hiphop, R&B, popular genre stuff.

Like I said, I will listen to most anything.

Dare I say.....I like classical too.

Classical Rocks! Horns and strings and things.

    Kuntry Sucks A fat one.

I'm all for country livin' but just don't get the twanginess of country music and I love most any guitar music. I typically have zero in common with the way country music fans think and don't associate myself with the narrow mindedness.

you shouldnt limit yourself to heavy rock, but you should explore where the roots of heavy metal come from. mahler, wagner, ect. tell me "the ride of the valkyries" isnt heavy!

I listen to everything. As a kid growing up in the disco era, that was just a part of life back then. The classic rock got boring, so I later got heavily into Country............ when I realized it was a sickness, I switched to heavy metal.............when I became less angry, I got tired of that........I had no choice, since Mrs. Nailhead won't let me listen to it anymore. She can't handle that stuff.

Since joining the cruising scene, I have really taken a liking to 50's and 60's. I still like classic rock, and I think that's where I will stay for a while. I still crank up Metallica sometimes when it's playing, though. The new stuff just doesn't do it for me, never will. :bglasses:
