    Nothing sounds better,than a 1969 duce,with a set of cherry bombs on it. A fellow i know had a 1969 electra 225 with those mufflers , and we would go to maxwell st. for a late night pork chop and polish sausage sandwich. And getting on i-90 east he would mat that buick ,and those pipes sounded beautiful . Those were the days , buick and olds were at the top of their game. Long live the 430 buick and the 425 olds.

    At EnglishTown,NJ,they have a must have mufflers on Saturday,got me a set of racing mufflers for $60.00 each and went there.They measure the decibels,with a 90 cut off.My car measured 94 decibels.Wont let me race that day.BrunoD.

    I don't have any high quality recording equipment to accurately capture the difference. It's one of those things you would have to see in person.
