Took a step back due to broken hand. Been working at it slowly with one hand. Check out the pics & how the roller tips
are making contact with valves & let me know what you think.[IMG][IMG]

Pushrods may be a touch short but as long as the mark is biased to the intake side you are fine....I've ran worse

Haven’t updated thread in a while. Finally got the pushrods measured up & put in. This thing is one hell of a beast now! I haven’t taken it over 4500 rpm & it is fast as hell. Unfortunately track is closed, so time slips to follow next spring. When I get a chance I’ll post a small video. I am having one issue, just started today. I use a Mallory 4309 fuel regulator, feed & return lines are 1/2 inch then 6an to carb. Fuel pressure reads 6psi from a port on regulator. Sometimes after WOT, the primaries on the carb is over fueling above float level....Any ideas?

Home modded Carb or purpose built Blow thru?

    Barry Grant 650 blow thru.

At WOT the fuel is pushed to the back of the bowl and the float will adjust to the relatively empty level that it sees. I know the BG carb has fuel windows. Just adjust it to the lower end.

Haven’t updated for a while. Been busy with life & kids. Haven’t made it to the track & it’s closed till the fall. Will get it down there & see what’s it does. Took it out yesterday, blew a waste gate gasket, repaired, took it out again, blew the carb gasket...... good times. Will take a video & post it shortly if I can figure out how to post it

If you read the thread from the start, the first post has a time slip from 1/8 mile, but that was my old worn out stock 350. The new block is stroked to 370, nascar take out rods & forged pistons. Only running 8 lbs of boost right now..... but will start cranking it up slowly. Heads seem to be choking it out at about 6400-6500 rpm. Tracks closed all summer, but will have it out for next race on Sept. 23rd. When I get a chance, I take some photos & post them up. What I really need is a set of aluminum heads when they are produced or find a nice set of ported heads. Any one have any ported heads for sale?? :)
