    123 total.

I wonder how many of that are still around. Probably less than a few dozen I would guess.

buy it..or the next guy will. That is a serious collector car that is just now getting some attention and the price is right. You should have taken pics so we could drool.

This is the 1965 Turquoise GS from Long Island. (non-dual quad)
    It's my son-in-laws and it's for sale.

1965 Buick Gran Sport 2 door hardtop
    Turquoise w/White painted top
    White interior
    425 cu.in. motor (strong runner)
    4 Speed
    Posi rear
    A/C (blows ice cold)

Body panels, floors, trunk are in great shape (last time I looked at it).
Driver seat needs cover and headliner is starting to come down.
Suspention and steering on the money and was all rebuilt. Sits nice and goes down the road awesome!

Car starts every time, very powerfull 425 w/ no issues, 4 Speed w/Hurst shifter, console w/Buick tach, working ice cold A/C.
This is a very presentable, cruise night driver that will take you anywhere and back without a care.

    $11,500

*sorry for the crappy cell phone pics.

Is that a matching steering wheel?

Mine in my '65 is the awful thin two spoke one.

Nope. I think that's a Grant aftermarket steering wheel.

Nice! I remember that the '65 with the 340 was pretty quick. That thing must crank with the 401.

It came with an edelbrock 1411 carb (750). I re-jetted it. went up 3-4 steps richer. set the dwell at 30 degrees. the initial timing is at 0, overall timing is at 34 degrees. i thought that was weird but i read that the motor is 10.5 to 1 compression.. I suppose fuel was a little better in 1965. The motor was rebuilt not to long ago probably less than 500 miles on it. I had it on the lift again today, I was pleasantly surprised that the underbody was not as bad as i thought. the frame is very solid! The bad spots are really not horrible. I took it out tonight after about 4 changes to jets and rods.... the thing pulls like a freight train! It was way lean. I'm new to the nailhead thing. Do they like fuel like a 455? The plugs still look lean, but it runs WAY better. I'm so glad I decided to go for it and buy it. I know i would have been kicking myself forever. I am however going to sell my Triumph... something has to go..
