Those are respectable numbers for basically stock..when i dynoed my car earlier this summer mine were 315 rwhp and 464 rwtq, best time up to dyno was 13.58@ 100..So not sure how acurate the dyno was compared to what i was running.that was a different cam then i have now basically the same as i have now except on a 108 LSA ,compared to a 112 ....old cam was 224 new cam is 223@050.... car's best with that cam 13.39@100.44.... now is going 13.24 @ 101.20..... so whats that like 390 rwhp?
Nice! Pretty good numbers for a land-yacht! I love it! Some sweet torque, too. Us Big Buick lovers have the torque monsters, that's for sure.
Is it possible that chassis dyno's aren't as accurate as a time slip? I've seen engine dyno's vary by over 150hp on the same engine. superflow engine dyno very optimistic, dts dyno much much better. My car has run 11.87 @ 114 mph and rear wheel dyno'd at 399 hp on one dyno and 393 on another. Car weight is 4500 lbs w/ 3.42 gears. just a thought on the whole dyno numbers thing but isn't et and mph still the best dyno?
Mark what is your total set up please? very interested in those times as your close to weight of me....cam etc? i know your heads are different ,but curious about the rest thanks!!
