Yes (as stated above). Same yoke, cross member will need to go back 6 3/8". You may need 12V depending how the lock-up converter is set up.
Thanks guys , the ST 300 in my 66 is getting tired , I have had the 2oo for a while , time for an upgrade . Chuck
Bolt up, yes; but will the little 300 CID be able to support it, I don't know. The smallest thing that the 2004R was behind was the 4.1 liter (252 CID) 4 barrel... DUH !!! Well I certainly HOPE that 300 CID will support it; about the BIGGEST stock engines that the 2004R was behind was the whimpy Olds 5.0 (307) and almost as whimpy Chevy carbed 5.7 (350) of that era... NEVER MIND>>>> I was thinking 3.0 liter...
Yes, I made that swap a few years ago and couldn't be happier. I kept it in there when I put my 340-4 in. Great combo in there now. Just put in posi 3.36 gears last year, so the full driveline matches up. Love it!! Based on your cars listed it looks like something you will be able to handle. I highly recommend the B&M lockup kit for ease of driving. Set it and forget it. I put some of the things I ran into on my post here: http://v8buick.com/index.php?threads/1967-skylark-nearing-completion.228896/page-2
