Transmission Fluid for a stuck lifter?

    you should be all good to go.
    You don't have to use MMO all the time.

    Its an ever so often thing.

    Good for in the gas too.

    I heard that the transmission fluid will burn off after a while so check your oil.

    Now that you have cleaned the varnish out of the lifter, change the oil again.

    Transmission fluid is a "cleaning agent" in an engine, and does not need to be used on a regular basis, as long as the oil is changed regularly.

    Change your oil and filter again, and you should be good to go.
