This seller is using MY pictures AND my listing description!!!

    Just got home from work and had an email from another eBay member which reads like this:

    Message from eBay member gsstage1auto: "You have been reported to E-Bay for Stealing someone elses Pic's and Description for your auction. Item # 4646996412"

    Now, that username is VERY similar to my username, gsstage14speed...however, that email makes NO sense as I was the one who filed the complaint last night....and, that item # is MY completed auction...

    Yeah, I'm sure when you ran your auction in June you went 6 weeks into the future and stole his picture! Shame on you!

    (Do you have a flux capacitor in your Buick???)

    The eBay seller honestmanwithanhonestplan has taken it upon themselves to take the text, title and pictures from MY completed listing for use with their item # 220010647541.

    Also, if I'm to believe what you're accusing me of, I would need a time machine with which I would have travled six weeks into the future to steal the pictures and text from this auction..

    Please, save it...

    These people are UNREAL!!

    Just some advise . Never answer an email from your mail account . The thieves are getting real good at making the mail look like it is from Ebay when its generated . I always get these stupid emails saying I sold something and they never recieved it or they want info on a item . Well I check my messages thru MY Ebay and guess what I have found most are not legit . They can use your

    I think you made your point. At least he finally made the effort to take his his own pictures. He seemss to be a Buick guy as most of his other auctions were for 70-72 parts. I think we can cut him a little slack about the text.

    I still think something is a little off, just judging from that accusatory email that Brett got earlier. Sure, he's got his own pictures now, but honestly... how long does it take to write up a few short lines of description?
