Hi Bob, I noticed you were looking at this thread today, and I was wondering what ever became of the knobs you had machined? I know everyone that needs or wants one is still very interested.

 

I'm still in for one!! Just finishing up my resto on the Star wars air cleaner getting ready for paint!

 

Ok , thank you all again for being patient during this project as my life has been challenged and prevented me from keeping it moving along.

But Good News ,i have 39 repo Star Wars Knobs and will now make them available to the V8 Buick Board members. Working through various production options and producing prototypes it become obvious that my original concept and estimates were not realistic to reproduce these knobs at the highest quality possible to resemble the originals and i believe they are just that. As stated previously they have been produced through a CAD design , CNC machined from 3/60 yellow brass stock, polished and triple chrome plated ready to install.

I'm offering each knob at $155.00 usd, including packaging,shipping ,tracking and insurance to North America members. International members will have a recalculated price due to shipping costs etc. Payments will be accepted by Pay Pal only, prior to shipping to you.

In keeping with the board guidelines i will P M each of you in the order of the established list within this thread for your intention to purchase or refuse , giving everyone 48 hrs to decide. If i do not get a response i will move to the next member in line with the same guidelines. I will follow this procedure until they are all sold.
