Our CI imbedded into their forces has witnessed & reported an increased interest amongst the penguins for various forms of advanced propulsion systems of which some may be equipped with heinous terroristic devices that may be possibly implemented by the more radical elements. Be very vigilant of such equipped penguins and DO NOT approach under any circumstances!
