    yes to adjust the valves you just have to pull off the valve covers and the adjusters are right there ,it is pretty simple but is does take some time ,i already adjusted them after i started the motor and broke it in . i put a short fill of hard block up to the water pump holes and i used arp main studs to stiffen the bottom end up it probably should have a girdle in it but when i started this project i wasnt going to go this nuts "aluminum heads ". but ,you know how that goes one thing leads to another. The cam is pretty mild i thought it would be more radical with the duration being in the 250 260 range it idles pretty mild with a medium lope . the powers brakes dont work too well but im going to manual anyway.mike
