Interesting to note the A/C configuration on this one . . .

How the heck does that work?! I thought all the controls are tied in with the heater controls, yet, I don't see a heater box! Weird car.

The Vintage Air system is fully contained under and behind the dash. Similar to most Fords, the evaporator and heater core both reside inside the car and only the hoses and compressor are in the engine compartment. Makes a clean, slick install. I've never done one but it also seem like it might be a major PITA to do on GM cars.

I should've taken the time to actually look at the interior :Dou:

is it going to be backwards now??

example: a guy is at a show with that chevelle.

he gets a compliment "nice X"

    I hope not.

Looks like a 'Vintage Air' conversion system. They make updated heat/ac systems for older cars.

Oh, man! Where were this guy's friends when this car was being built? AWOL! Some friends...

He needs some lowering springs in the rear there. And the GSX theme on this particular Chevelle just looks too "busy" for me -- it just doesn't fit. Some SS rallyes might help the look.
