So for those of you that care and are not just trying to attack, the email that the scammer used is as follows:

    jimwebb709@gmail.com

This individual is known as forum scammer. He has left his mark on many forums across the net. Once I googled his email the truth came out.....

I guess whomever he is spends his days going through the forums searching for said information. Again, he didn't call me it was strictly email.

I also want to say again the only reason I started this was to protect the rest of you as well. It was not to get into an argument with anyone and it shouldn't have led to that. That is the only bad part of these forums.....

I do not think anyone was trying to be an idiot, but maybe just pointing out that it is way too easy to get info these days. This whole post has me bothered a tad because 99% of the people into old cars are fine to deal with. Don't give out info,do not send cash(most sellers would accept a money order as deposit or payment) and do not post your name or address, email or otherwise. As always....if something is too good to be true,it probably is a scam. Thanks for the heads up....on this particular seller.

/\/\/\ True. It's that small percent that are scammers that make us have to beware of everyone. It's a shame that we have to keep our guard up. And it is much appreciated when someone makes us all aware of one of these scamming scums. Thank You 69GSM21. BTW a first name would be cool.
