Yeah, my barn looked great last winter with the green car up on the lift, white car under it, and everything organized. Right now it looks like a bomb filled with Buick and Volkswagen parts went off in it....

Mine is currently worse. I see you have room in there for more stuff.

If you can see any part of the floor, that means you don't really have enough parts :)

Yep , I am thinkin it would be easier to eat a bullet than get my buildings & cars full of crap ANYWHERE under control.

Can't even remember how long it has been since I have been behind the wheel of a running 455, extremely depressing but trying to start selling stuff off, scrap, burn, junk stuff.

    Hang in there Pat

Looks reasonably organized. If GM didn't want their cars to be used as shelving they wouldn't have put so many flat areas on them. All you have to do is put the hoods back in their place and, boom, more storage space.

I hear you Ronnie I got 1/3 of a parts Riv spread all over my garage right now plus all my regular shop and wood working tools. My Riv is in an indoor storage unit this year (I just put it in on Friday) and I already have two full house jobs worth of soffit, fascia and siding piled in beside it waiting for install lol.

My reassembly would be done in half the time if I could find what I was looking for! I guess I will take a picture of my garage tomorrow and post it.

In 2016 my car looked like the 1st pic, then I did a Purge and it's still pretty much like the 2nd pic as far as being clear Screen Shot 2019-11-03 at 1.40.18 AM.png Screen Shot 2019-11-03 at 1.40.30 AM.png :

The project I have on the table for the next week while both cars are off property is to gut the 2 bay portion of the garage and reset things so that 2 full size cars will fit comfortably inside.

I see there’s walking room. I can only DREAM of walking room. Real wealthy people can afford walking room; I have to get by on using my chin to drag my body across the garage floor, and let me tell you, hitting an oil spot really burns up minutes! Oh yeah, try getting across the garage like that when your enlarged prostate informs you that you’ve got mere seconds before your body involuntarily empties itself! Walking room...indeed!;)

I’ve been clearing out 40 years of Buick hoarding. I’ve had 4 cars hauled out made quite a few dump runs and sold a bunch and gave away some and I still can’t get in the garage!

Hmmm. I can’t complain since I was the one who made the mess!
Nevertheless I feel crowded and am looking for some temporary storage so
I can get in to fix a heater and tighten up the insulation situation.
Time for some staycation! No more procrastination! LOL
