Riviera convertible - again !

    Johnny, I sent them to EriK to have them resized so they could be posted. I really, really want to build one and am getting close to being ready to cut mine. I had hoped to find another donor but so far it hasn't happened.

    Riv conv.

    I remember speaking with him at the ROA Nats in Lancaster in '97. The header panel above the windsheild is from a '60 Caddy, modified to fit. It is the only Riv. conv. in the country as of '97 that had a working top, all the others are removable tops which need to be removed & stored.

    Thanx Larry, those are great pictures :TU: and good luck with your project, if it's the red Riv in your avatar you are going to cut up, I hope you plan to do a nice job, cause that Riviera looks way good !

    It is a really tough decision to cut my car. My Riv has 55K miles. For some reason I feel the convertible needs the white custom interior with power vent windows. I also see in in either Granada Red or Diplomat Blue. I do want the the top to be a working version not a take off or "Sun Coupe" only conversion. It may only be a dream.
