Don't laugh, once they finish parting that car out they'll probably get more like 8-10k. Have you ever seen their prices? On another note, the flower pattern front seat cover was probably what finally prompted the sale. I'm sure that's a 1 of 1. ou: :grin:
I thought the same thing. I was up there and looked at the car...the guy said he wouldn't take less than 3k for it........they had a decent looking sport wagon there but the whole outfit seemed a little odd. I asked if the motor on the Skylark was painted by them and they said the car came in like that...but every old car they had for sale had a freshly painted motor.....some looked like the grease and dirt was painted over......must be some kindly old desert rat with a warehouse of spray paint donating all these cars to the "less fortunate."
