Yep I got a confirmation email. I also called the track at about 2:00 to confirm I made the right selection when purchasing the ticket. Have John call the track, hope he made it in! Have to admit, it was frustrating as all heck trying to get it to register, the web site kept going down, also was calling from 2 different phones at the same time, just kept getting a busy signal. But to hear Doug so happy when he found out he was in was all worth it :TU:

I am glad to see that some Buick guys got in. My wife had to do this for me at work as I just started a new job today and couldn't sit at the internet trying to get in. Unfortunitely she just could not get in to try and sign me up. But i am glad to see some of the fast big block guys got in. But I will still go there to watch and and help you all kick butt. I am sure this will be a low 10 sec class as it always is. GOOD LUCK to you guys that got in. :TU:
I'm assuming you mean Pinks All-Out. We went to the Tucson Pinks All-Out a few weeks back. Don't be so shure on what they are going to pick. We brought a car that ran an all out 10.50's. The Pinks staff got wind that everyone was trying to run 10.50's figuring that's what they were going to pick. Not so! So we were toast. They picked a 12.50 group. Extremely well run event. Very organized. Make sure you point out your cars to the staff. They walked right by Dave Benisek's Appolo thinking it was a Nova. Once I pointed out to them what it was he (Kenneth) became very interested in it and did a little interview and shot the car. I doubt it will make it on t.v. I stuttered too much. This Kenneth was a very nice person to talk to. He's a chassis guy by trade. I think this Rich Christensen has found a great niche. All the tracks seem to draw record crowds and participants for these events. As long as the sponsors like it I think this program will have some legs for years to come. It's much more enjoyable to watch that the original Pinks. Good luck to all.

They must be doing something different this time, all this talk of "being in", and "I'm an alternate.." To what? When I went to the Las Vegas Pinks All Out, if ya registered before it sold out, and paid the $40, you were "in", to try and get on the show.... If you've seen the show, its' all based on what the production crew/ Pinks Team, want to do, you sign a ton of paperwork reminding you that this is a TV show,they want good TV, and they always pick a grouping that is very tight. The margin of victory for the Finals in Vegas was .013 of a second. Like Bruce said, you and all the others are there to try and make the cut, in Vegas there were over 400 cars registered, trying to make the "unknown" 16 car field. I also know of a few guys who had been to some of the other All Outs, and the Pinks Crew invited/suggested, that they come to the next one, they did, but still didn't make it on any of the shows. Don't get me wrong, it's great that the Buicks' will be out in force, showing those "brand Xer's" how it's done, jut reading some of these posts had we wondering what's up. Good luck Gary G. Gary G.
i got registered before it sold out and Randy got in as an alternate. due to duplicate entries Randy got in and we are in the 400 car field. it doesnt mean we are going to be in the 16 but we are hoping.
Gary I tried to sign up for milan last year and it sold out in less than 5 minutes I tried to sighn up at 4:15 and it was full. I had planned on trying for norwalk and forgot (After back surgeury drugs) when I came too it was two hours after the opening so I never even tried I really wanted to run there. Even if there is no way they would have had a class that fast.
