Picked up a new toy

    Thank You! Definitely good stuff. I don't like taking my cars to dealers / oil change shops because I'm afraid they will cut corners or not use the correct oil. I'm going to look into it, did not know it had the oil cooler.

    Yes many guys don’t know about the oil cooler. There are some YouTube videos on the oil change and some don’t mention the cooler. Also most guys use the wrong oil and don’t even explain why? One guy even uses Euro Formula Pennzoil and says the dealer told him it was correct? It’s clearly stated in the manual which oil is correct. SRT is right on the label.

    The owners manual states to change oil at least every six months or 6000 miles I think the mileage is. I go the six month change. I don’t put much mileage on my car. Even if you have 0 miles after six months change it.

    Will go by the 6k since I tend to drive a lot. My previous 2010 challenger was @ 148k miles. It still ran strong and was quick as well with not leaks or issues other than replacing the radiator and alternator/ pulleys.

    I want this one to last me just as long.
