Personalized License plates

This is the plate on my 72 Skylark convertible with warmed over 455.

 

Should I?



Or

"rat trap" - for the Chevy guys. I like it, but it tends to read as "rat rap."

 

On my '70 Stage 1, I had 2 different ones. They're both rather obvious.

70 STAGE
HEMI KLR

I still have the plates but not the car. Now I'm looking for the car to match the plates.

 

That made me laugh! Reading directions: "Insert Tab A into . . ., HEY, THAT'S DIRTY!"

 

It's not a personalized plate, but it might make people think when they figure out it's on a Cat...

 

I saw a HUMMER and his plate said....GIVE ME A...

Nice. My father-in-law has "SNKYSNK" on his '08 Viper. There's an old song he likes, called "Sneaky Snake."

A little bit of topic, but close enough: I had "Corvettes are for Breakfast" on the rear license plate frame on my '71. It usually worked up the guys in Vettes, especially one guy in a yellow mid-90's LT1 convertible who couldn't catch me to save his life. My '71 Skylark was a yellow convertible too.

I'm thinking "Heartbeat Breaker" as a plate frame for my current '72.

 

My all time favorite was on the back of a car owned by an endocrinologist (that's a gland doctor, also a kidney specialist) that read:

2 P C ME

 

Haha my dad as a plate from a long time ago that says BLEWBYU

 

Mine's simple, but I was lucky to get it! Had it for over 15 years!

 

So that's the guy who has it . . . :laugh: just kidding . . .

I've had a few people mad at me because I have this plate! Maybe I'll wait until the car market comes back around and auction it off to the highest bidder! LOL

There's one of those near me too. If I recall correctly, the Brand name appears directly below the license plate on the bumper, so it reads perfectly.
