Overtime issue

    If companies don't have to pay employees a premium to work more than 40 hours, then they can just demand longer work weeks. That means they don't have to hire as many new workers, which should keep unemployment high. The working hours over 40 might even be cheaper for the company because your benefits are already paid for durig your regular work week.
