Can't overlook John Pinette and his Chinese food stories "Show me the Buffet". Mitch Hedberg was another comedic genius gone far too soon. Always loved Red Skelton as previously mentioned. In Canada we had "Wayne and Shuster" who apparently refused to move to America and a chance at the big time. Remember Rowan and Martin? The Smother's Brothers? Of course we have to include Abbott and Costello. Their "Who's on First?" is one of my all time favorite routines.
Absolutely, one of the best comedians ever. I guess everyone is focusing on comics that are still with us.
He was mentioned a few times already, but I'll do it again. I liked George before he got too political. Kevin Meaney was hilarious when I was a kid. Dave Chappelle is amazing, I almost pee'd myself when I saw him live, if you have the time watch his stand up "Killing them Softly". Norm MacDonald.
