o No: I've never had a problem. this is a very early B4B too My seals are certainly "Smushed" a bit.....I used to drive it all the time with the stock aircleaner. I've even got a HEI sitting under it Now, I use a K&N top .... breathes alittle better. Pop the K&N off, Pop the original back on top and its ready to be judged
