Finally I see a post that addresses the real problem. From 400 years ago the racist attitude by many whites about blacks has continued to exist. It would take 7-8 generations of eradication of the racist attitudes to get to an 'equal' society and it is not going to happen in my opinion. Its complicated and continues to feed on itself as generation after generation of blacks has had to live with the racist attitudes and behavior so they have developed opinions, attitudes, behaviors that continue to feed the problem and produce individuals who have no respect for law enforcement, others property etc.etc. I cannot justify those behaviors/attitudes but I can see how we got here. I wish there could be a brain washing of the racist whites and the worthless attitudes of some blacks to give the folks of color a chance to be on a equal plane but that ain't gona happen. I have lived in the south for 73 years and the racist attitudes of a lot of white folks were here when I arrived in 1947 and have been passed on to the following 7 generations. So, a monumental challenging society problem exists and the sincere BLM movement without the riots, stealing etc. is a small start in the right direction if it gets some whites to question their attitudes and behavior assuming they are willing to open their minds and listen. Enough drivel, I have not come up with a way to start a fix so I will quit here.

You are truly color blind: Black history month, BLM, BET, NAACP, Miss Black America (at one time), and the list goes on. There is a radio station in my area WBLK. Add a similar white only to any of those and they get their panties all twisted. That way of thinking is a big part of the problem and people that think like that should give up all the white privileges' and gains from capitalism for the cause.

Anything you post like that won't count because it shows your a racist, only white people are bad Look at this evil white woman, how dare she not kneel.

 

By now it should be apparent to all that a thread like this is going to be polluted by political commentary. For this reason it has run its course and is now closed.
