Magnaflow has a variety of lengths, diameters, and pipe sizes; they are stainless. I have them on my Buchev pickup and I am happy with them.

I was originally going to get a system bent up with the Dynomax Ultra Flo X muffler in place of the original transverse muffler - dual exhaust with an x built into the muffler. Ended up with dumped Flowmaster 40's instead.

Hey Doc, I now know why your a Holley man :3gears: !

i build a stainless steel 2,5" dual exhaust with magnaflows that i mounted right before the rear axle.

I looked but didn't find a place to make a h-pipe,only just between the engine and trans or behind the rear axle.

I thought it would be to close to the engine or to far.

An x-pipe i could not find a place for it.

On a X frame car the easiest way to have a free flowing exhaust and a crossover system is to use a transverse muffler....I built my own using 6'' pipe and 2 1/4'' inner pipes.... the muffler is the muffler and the crossover pipe....  I nailed the 60's muscle car sound and the performance increased considerably....
