I know I cannot be the only one that gets up in the middle of the night and eats. Will wake up anywhere between 12 and 3 am hungry as heck. Cannot go back to sleep till I eat. Cookies, cake, ice cream Peanut butter toast and any form of fruit juice. Love juice! Drink around a gal of juice a week. Probably why I never get sick.
Try eating before bed. I’ll inhale a sleeve of Oreo’s with a glass of milk about an hour before bed. If I do wake up in the middle of the night it’s usually related to having too much on my mind, not hunger.
There is some foods like dates and chia seeds that fight hunger for hours. Plus some tea too but I cant recall. The body is in tune with time. And meabolicaly it shuts down after 7pm. So anything u put into it after 7 goes in storage mode. Dont get fat on me guys
I've never ever woke & eaten in the night. Sleep like a rock, don't wake up until morning. 6 hours and I'm done. More recently, I don't get hungry until mid-morning- like 10. I should be like 150 lbs.
I'm barely 150 lbs and I eat continuously!!!! If I'm awake chances are I'm eating I sleep the best when I fill up just before bed around 10pm. Just works for me. Everyone is different.

Its your animal survival instinct kickin in. And living in Florida your subconscious tells you a hurricane could wipe out all your food. If you find yourself waking up in front of tbe fridge,,, you might have an eating disorder. At that point one can check themselves into OverEaters Anonymous. Or you could be expiearance ing flash back munchies.
Dave that is what stopped the reflux Absolutely backwards of what the doctors told me 20 yrs ago. I used to have ulser issues in my throat nothing for 18 plus years now. Makes no sense, that is why I say everyone is different.... Oh and as for the snack 2 bowls of cereal or a container of Ben & Jerry's right before bed
