Midnight snackage

    If I eat just before I go to bed I don't sleep well. I might have a small snack in mid-evening, but I don't eat after that until the morning.

    Wow, maybe I need to try it. I usually don’t eat three hours before bed. 4 hours if food is spicy and it usually is.

    Dave I was told 4 hrs 3 at a minimum.
    I could not sleep and was stressed because I was hungry. Which makes acid issues worse. Lol. So on this I did my own thing and feel much better.

    I get up in the middle of the night and pee. No eating. Sometimes I wonder outside and chase off raccoons, then pee. However, I'm pretty groggy in the middle of the night, so they may not actually be raccoons. :(

    Doctor, why not just piss on the raccoons?:D

    No, my wife says I can’t even hit the toilet. She says either sit down or go out to the yard. I go out to the yard. Gets old in January though.

    John Right . Frosted Mini wheats and Milk take away my acid reflux. Sleep like a fatty.

    Mini wheats have sorbitol I believe. I don’t do artificial sweeteners. Yeck

    When I was an avid bodybuilder, I set the alarm and got up in the wee hours to pack in more protien, via a protien shake. Now I get up and try to sneak a cookie without my rottie hearing me, not easy. I'm still building my body, just rounder....Jim
