I heard this morning that Loyd had a mild heart attack and had undergone quadruple bypass surgery. He is doing as well as can be expected and we should keep him and Shari in our thoughts and prayers. That is all the information I have now. Larry

WOW! You folks are too much! I just stumbled across this tonight. First night that I've had a chance to surf the other boards, other than our own. So that should tell you something. Yes, the key word was "mild." His heart has no damage, which is a good thing. All went well with the surgery. He was supposed to go into a regular room today and start walking the halls, but there are no free rooms. Soooo...maybe tomorrow. His spirits are good; he's just starting to feel a little more pain than he expected. This too shall pass. Thank you, everyone for the good wishes, prayers and candles. We can feel the love... Thanks everyone! Just a quick update - he's in a regular room now, and will be walking the halls today. It's so hard to imagine when you look at the different wounds. He's supposed to get a shower this morning, too. Loyd was already on the phone this morning, asking for some reading material when I go later. He wants his "Drag News!" So all the good wishes and prayers are paying off, I think! Like I said, now we need them for his recovery, but I'm sure the prayers are there. You folks are the best! ShariB :TU:
