This '58 has been sitting under the car port for a couple years now. I don't know if it ever moves, but it's always shiny.

Can anyone tell what this is? Not a real good pic, but my guess is a 68/69 Chevelle? I wanted to take a peek, since a 68/69 is my unicorn but was met with Rock Salt.

    Mister T Just truckin' around

That looks to be a 70-72 Cutlass, or possibly a 70-72 Monte Carlo.

I agree, looks like a 1970-72 Monte Carlo.

That would make sense. I could see a small portion of the rear tail light. From that distance the semi-square tail light made for wishful thinking on the chevelle. Now that I study the Mrs. Freedman window (rearward window) the profile is different than a chevelles. Depending on howlong it has sat in the weeds and with no windows. My bet would be the floors are gone and more than likely the frame.
    I still need to verify.

I'm sure you have, OZ. Its the only mall we have in Port Charlotte. :Do No:
Its called "Murdock Town Center". ("Murdock" is a town within a town.)

Marco, I was going to guess that they were "Snow-Birds", but this is summer and Snow-Birds are usually gone up north by now. There was a tag on the front bumper that read "Rosie". Maybe I'll see it at one of our local cruise nights. :TU: It did have Florida tags.

These were parked outside the building I work in, maybe not a good "street find", but they're pretty cool.

Sometimes parked outside my front door.

I'm really worried that something is going to happen to the car when it's parked on the street, it's just a matter of time around here. I think I even put a note on it once letting the owner know, and I haven't seen it around for a while so maybe it's in a safer spot now.

I wish I would have had time to stop on the way to BPG to take some photos. Lots of great cars in yards the whole way there. I even passed by one of those old storage lots clear full of 50's and 60's busses, RV's and trailers, no muscle in there though.
