Its all good! Had an excellent prime rib dinner and an back aboard with the pharmacy kit. Gonna tune up and drop out. Pats already suffering from jet lag for the hour difference. Tomorrow we're gonna attempt the traverse peninsula and get in to Suttons bay. May have some weather following us. Its the love of the sport.

Went ashore for dinner and the table was rocking. and is a good band good playing Elton john/carly simon stuff and the marina owner is on his 19th jar of mason stuff. I can see why alkie cars
run so got go...we is done... ss

Did the math on the crossing this morning at the gas dock... 78 miles and 95 gallons of gas (unfortunately it was $4.22 at the marina) and the starboard engine took 1/2 a quart of oil. Did the oil change before we left and the mechanic in a can stuff seemed to work. We took of for Suttons Bay and landed here beating the weather and a blistering 87F with a 70% humility index. Gonna be here for about 3-4 days, get the priest out Tuesday afternoon and then back out Wed. a.m. 1600 hrs right now and nappy time in the a.c.! ws

In Cleveland theres always the rock-n-roll hall of fame I think... Is that where yer picking up delivery? Too bad yer not going to Gary Ind... You could visit the Michael Johnson hall of fame. Just look for the retired K-Mart sign "Little boys pants on sale "HALF OFF" LOL.

So we are now in Suttons Bay for day 3. Spent 6 hours by bus ($1.50 each for seniors) on a 4 hour ride, 20 miles to Traverse City to pick up an identical to Pats Impala for the week. This one has the stall the motor at a stop light system and restarts when ya give it the gas. Battery in the trunk deal. Its a DOG.

Just an FYI if yer traveling; ALL the rentals at the airport and town were sold out. ORBITZ rents them all and then re-rents for more. What a conspiracy! Been like Florida here in the 90's and a 73* dewpoint. Living in AC anyway. This little town or 3000 had a starving artists fair all weekend with 25,000 visitors. Parking is almost non existent! Today is back to quasi normal as far as SB goes anyways.

Enjoy the AC in them Buricks boys! I'm sure the BAD LAD would have a condensate puddle under the starter by now!

So we moved the boat from dock 69 to #27 and have Wi-Fi plus get to park right behind the boat instead of a 1320 (!) foot walk to the lot. Continue on having fun guys! ws
