Its getting chilly here -44 F with some wind this morning. Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada Brrrr...... California Dreamin'.....
We're getting read for "The Storm" - a true-blue Nor'Easter. Usually reck havok on the Long Island beaches with the ocean reclaiming alot of the sand we enjoy so much during the summer months
Not too bad today, about 20 degrees and sunny. We had over 27 inches of snow in the last day and a half though! I was plowing with my Suburban and had it stuck twice to the point I had to have it pulled out. The worst was in my brother's driveway I went off the side and the truck was sitting so deep in the snow you couldn't see out the drivers side windows!!
Weather report "They",(those weather folks),say expect 6-12" for a snowfall amount tonight into tomorrow.My kids are already planning what to do tomorrow WHEN the school anounces a "Snow Day!" :sleep: :sleep:
About 20 degrees, calm, and cloudy. A friend of mine who's studying to be a meteorologist says we're gonna get 5-10 more inches over night, but he's rarely correct. Im just upset because if feels like I havn't see the sun in two weeks.:ball: Sure hope spring comes early this year.
Right now in Iowa(keokuk), it's 12 degrees above. Pretty cold, but nothin compared to some of your storms(like ken's). We got 4 inches last night and this morning, school was cancelled:beer ou: But the raods are pretty bad though.
Sunday= 6" snow 9 degrees Mondy=Freezing rain and 2" snow 35 degrees Tuesday=Thunder and lightning 18 degrees Wednesday=who knows? I love central Ohio. MARK
32 here with snow, ice, rain, freezing rain, and all that other icky stuff. Had an awesome thunderstorm last night...big lighting and big thunder. Everything sure looks pretty with a coat of ice though....well everything except the roads...
I forgot to mention, we had 18" of snow Sat/Sun while I was out of town 3hrs south of here. NO snow where I was at. I had to blow out the driveway and walkways before we could drive in and unload the van.
