Read something I never heard before: the holder had the laces to the right (big no-no) which makes kicks fade right. So it wasn't all on Norwood. Examples: "If Marino had held the ball right, he wouldn't have missed. Dan Marino can die of gonorrhea and rot in hell. Want a cookie?" "The laces were in!"
I couldnt agree more. unfortunately the holder isnt the one that gets remembered for the failed kick, unless you're tony romo lol. i hope they dont cut tyler bass after this game, as far as i knew hed been pretty good all year. Love the ace aventura reference hahahaha
As a Giant's fan, I always root for the Bills. I feel bad for that city. They have some of the worst weather in the USA yet the faithful still fill the seats only to be woken up from a wet dream again and again and again and again. The only thing worse than being a Bills fan must be being a Browns fan. That's terrible company. And the Browns fans are equally as loyal.
Honestly, there are about as many Ray Finkle jerseys at Fins game nowadays as there are Marino jerseys. Hometown hero.
Baltimore has a couple of SB's "which not to bring up that a murderer got to win 2 of them" so i'm for Detroit which hasn't ever won one.. Plus not to mention Detroit has brought us some Sweet Cars.
I'm a big Giants fan. But,forever been a secret Lions fan...I watched the Lions game, but I absolutely despise Mahomes,Kelce and the dumb, talentless blonde on the Chiefs. So,I didn't watch the rerun Bill's/Chiefs game. My season ended weeks ago. But,there's always hockey!
Yeah, cannot believe the Ravens have a big ol' murderer statue outside their stadium. But also cannot believe people wore his jersey or let him be a commentator.
Ray Lewis -- involed in a fight that left 2 guys stabbed to death. Almost certainly guilty -- didnt do the stabbing but was part of everything -' but all the witnesses clammed up or changed their stories after his posse started spreading their money around. Pled guilty to obstruction of justice, testified against his homies to save his ass. Great guy.
They removed OJ's number from the wall of Fame at the Bills stadium. Maybe he has something to do with curse on the Bills. That and an actual graveyard is in the parking lot of the stadium. And, the Buffalo Bills’ Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y., was built on Western New York Wenrohronon tribal burial grounds. The burial grounds are located under the stadium’s parking lots and near Abbott Road. Not sure if the new stadium being built is also on burial grounds but it is being built across the street from the current stadium so maybe. here is a good article on the curse of the Bills stadium. Haunting History of Highmark Stadium - Buffalo Rising
Your right, there were many petitions to get it removed but it never was, and there is a new petition to keep it off the new stadium. OJ did come to a Bills game in 2021 against the Dolphins, the Bills won that game.
Without getting into a guilty vs. innocent debate, I'm sure if he was convicted in the criminal trial it would be gone.
I blame the smoking man. Also, just for the record, OJ was the best ever. 2003 yards in a 14 game season. A record that won't be broken.
The Raven's knew all about his past. This wasn't a one time thing with him that went bad.. He loved bar fighting from his youth and college days so who knows how many others got hurt bad. I could not stand that stupid pre game entering the field show boating moves he did, I don't even know what to call it??
To be honest, there's probably tons of places all over the world built on top of graves. Do you know how many people have died in the last 2000 years? Just my non expert thoughts.
