LOL! As long as Jerry Jones keeps butting in they will never win a SB.. Feel bad for Mike McCarthy.. The Cowboys in the 90's had Jimmy Johnson who put Jones in his place and thats why they won. I really always hated the Cowboys but admit in the 90's I liked them..
As bills fan, I can only say, Ha! I think Mike McCarthy does a good job and they would be INSANE to fire him. Just sayin' Football is fickle and it's a thin line between greatness and mediocrity.
What it takes to win a Super Bowl: 1) Strong defense 2) Great / "franchise" quarterback. 3) Minimal (comparatively) injuries. OR a caretaker QB and an unbelievable defense, and minimal injuries. Belicheat and Tomlin are finding out what life is like without a franchise QB. And it aint great. Tomlin made it to the playoffs with chump QBs -- easily the worst QB duo to make it that far. Hats off to him.
We're talking Jerry Jones here, right? Dude called Belicheat at halftime. Heck, probably texted him at the two minute warning.
Thus far in his storied head-coaching career, Tomlin has a 173-100-2 record, two Super Bowl appearances (with one win) and 11 postseason trips. Despite an at-times turbulent 2023 campaign, he also extended his NFL record for consecutive non-losing seasons to start a career, with 17.
I am glad the Steelers made it to the post season, however, the Steelers seem to be very inconsistent, which to me, does point to coaching. That has led to a great deal of frustration for this fan. The Packers were the only visitors to win this weekend, congrats!
The Bucks handled the Eagles easily last night with great defense. Nobody gave them a chance to make the playoffs but, the door is now open for them to go further. GO BUCKS!
Glad to see the Cowboys,Steelers and Eagles eliminated..Now I hope the Bill's eliminate the Taylor Swift Chiefs.Any of the other teams will be acceptable to me to win the SB
Agreed with the time frame......Braniff ceased flying around that 82 or 3.... BTW cool pic bring back memories.....
