    Thanks Sean! Today I'm going to work on the '69 and do a little maintenance on it. I'll post an update with pictures later today.

    Just saw your thread. Looks like a good project. Where are you located in west Texas? There aren't many of us Buick guys out here.

    Sorry Sean, No new progress yet. /:
    We put it on hold till we order a full gasket set and a set of piston rings. After we get that, we can start putting it back together. I get paid on Thursday, and I'll probably buy the gasket kit. But all I've done since last week is paint the flywheel.
    Oh! and I got a new engine bolt kit! That's kind of exciting.. Haha. But when more gets done, I will gladly post more pictures.

    Hope you get the PCV grommet in place without it falling inside: I had that problem last year.
