Buckets and console would bring it from your low estimate (IMO) of $6-$7k to $17,850? That is a huge bump for that option, most dealers/sellers I have spoken with usually say buckets/console is worth about $5k over a bench seat car, especially one in this price range. Of course interior would need to be black as well if factory.

Growing up in the 80’s,my brother and I would seldom see two convertible 70 Cats. One was black, and one was red/white. I thought they were long gone. In the early 2000’s,I was behind my friend’s convenient store, working on my car,and this guy comes back. He had that drifter/gypsy look. He was asking about my car,and then he mentioned “yea I have a 70 Wildcat convertible.” I told him “I am guessing it is either black or red because I have only seen those two.” “Yea,mine is black, but it’s been off the road since the late 80’s.” I told him that makes sense. That’s probably the last time I saw it. A few years later,mid-2000’s,the red one surfaced. I saw it parked at a cruisin. Big 5” wide whitewalls and curbfeelers, but it was really nice. The red one is a bench car. I never asked that guy what the black one had,but I am pretty sure it has a red interior.

I'm just saying I would pay closer to the asking price for a bucket interior. I just hate bench seat cars, so yea, I place a much higher value on bucket seat cars.
