Was thinking about it, not sure of the weather and making the trip. I hate walking around in the mud.

It's a no-go for me this year there's typically not many Buick parts there for sale but a heck of a swap meet one of the best I've been to

I thought the crowd today was big. The parking lot at the new Armory was just about full when I got there at 11 AM and I was parked very near to the entry gate and they were looking for odd places to park cars. I've never seen the parking area that crowded on a Friday. Last September I was parked only a few rows back from the gate area and inside there were plenty of large spaces open in the Car Corral. At that time I thought this thing is going down hill fast. This year things are booming.

Warm in the sun but chilly from the wind. Better than stinking hot.

Was there Thursday which was cold and nasty. Friday was much nicer, but busy. As usual there were not alot of Buick parts. One vendor had several Skylark grilles, and a set of inner fenders for 70-72. RH inner was NOS, maybe left. He wanted $1000 for the pair. Another vendor had NOS fenders, qtrs, rad support and 72 grille. All in the 8-900 range each. Also saw a Starwars, but didn't ask the price.

He wanted $1200 yesterday! Anything we inquired about yesterday was through the roof price wise.

That was by far the biggest crowd I’ve ever seen. The one thing I noticed was a lot of people walking around, but not a lot of parts selling.

Great seeing you, Lou. We will link up for longer than 5 minutes one of these days..

I took my 2 boys with me Friday. I saw the parts listed above and also a set of 455 headers that looked like they were rusted pretty good and then coated and a "Custom" chrome steel grill for a 72 Skylark. We found an Offenhauser 2 four barrel intake for a 455 and the guy was asking about 2x what you can get a new one for, a Grand National posi rear and a few console set ups. We picked up a nice aftermarket steering wheel for my son's '79 Regal for $5. We also got good deals on a new black Headliner for the Regal and a new Goodmark steel 2" Cowl hood for my other son's '87 El Camino.
