I asked about the Star Wars Air Cleaner Fred . The one guy told me $550 But there was a guy in the background saying it wasn't for sale ????? I still was asking questions about it like was the base there and the guy who said $550 kept answering them. It had a little tiny hold down chrome nut.

That was the one. Why put it out if it is not for sale. Kind of like a bunch of the cars I saw that were for sale with no price. Go figure.

yes, never really found any good deals there, I think its more just the fun of being there. I cant believe the internet has not made these events a thing of the past really. I see they canceled Butler Parts-A-Rama this year for the first time in 41 years, no explanation why......???

I actually enjoy Hershey more than Carlisle, you guys plan on going to Hershey?

Hershey is only 10 minutes from my house, it’s pretty awesome to see 1-300 old cars drive through over the weekend. Yes, I typically do the swap meet with my dad on Friday, and then the show Saturday. Carlisle has always been more catered to the muscle car era, where Hershey seems to be hot-rod, model A, and 50s era classics.

I was there Friday and not a lot of Buick stuff to be found. The starwars air cleaner with the base included plus wrong nut was priced at $550. Also saw a chrome air cleaner for nailhead dual quad for $250, but the snorkels had been cut short a few inches.

Jason,I think my buddy may have the number. The car was from the north east area and he was FIRM at 16,500. I think he took it home with him. Nice car but not all original sheet metal. If you still want the number I will see if Joe still has it. Tom

My friend bought it. Paid him his number. Just curious what the back story was on it. Looked nice in the text I got. I know he's going to flip it. If it a good car, I might want to check it out
