I would like to see the Tank, Sidecovers, and both Fenders Lime green ( Like Chappouris's Limefire) Also I'd like to see it in Plum Crazy. Thanks!!!!!

This is what I'm thinking about. Paintshop colors are real generic, so this is extreme.

    adobe photoshop.

one layer over with the purple color, color mode heu @100%
another layer over that with the purple color, color mode saturation @75%

its an awesome program to have and tinker with. i use it all day long at work. barrowed copies are the best :TU: full version is around 600.00

    Pete,
Thanks for the info. I will be trying that out. And I know what you mean about borrowed copies. I have a few myself that I tinker with. And one just happens to be Adobe Photoshop 7.0. I also have Image Ready 7.0. But I think that comes with Photoshop. Anyway, I will give it a shot and if I have any trouble I will just ask. Thanks again.

I do have one question. How did you select only the tank and fenders? Wand, lasso??:Do No: I have always wondered how to choose things like that so precisly. I never can get it right. It's always real choppy on the edges. I am probably using the wrong tool. :Dou: Dou!!! Thanks again.

And one final question for ya, until I think of another. How did you do the flames? Those are sweet looking. Sorry for all the questions. Thanks a lot.

hey no problems with the questions here. i ask tons of em about buicks. i got the selection with the "pen tool." its the one that looks like the tip of a fountain pin. click once and it starts the point. click somewhere else on the page and hold down the button and you can make some nice smooth curves. click on the first point to close the "path." then you go to the pen menu box and locate the path you drew. it should be in a little window. its displayed like the layers are. anyway, if your on a mac, hold the command key and click the window that your path is in. if youre on a pc, i think its alt or maybe control?

the flames i did the same as the tank only with a different color. hope this helps. its a little confusing...
