Oh yeah. You know its a shame, there is probably a whole generation of Buick fans that have never seen it run. There is something incredable about a vehicle that big going that fast. I never got tired of watching it. Duane
SACRILEGE!! Ride in this Estate Wagon one time . It's tight and rides very well. 5,000lbs and no slouch. But you can watch the gas guage drop down quicker than you want even going easy.
Thanks for sticking up for the old girl, Ted. These people don't know what their missing out on by not having a Buick "big car" in their collection.:TU:
Very nice wagon. Congrats! Makes me reconsider to sell my 72 Estate Wagon... this bloke is calling me every 3 months or so begging to sell it to him. Next Saturday he will come and have another look at it. Does yours have the powered tail gate?
Selling prices for those clamshell wagons are increasing last couple of years; This 76 changed owners for $18,000  http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1976...2117826?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item3f1994bd42 True, it's loaded with options and looks to be in a 'like new' condition, but still there's is a much less demand for 73-76 wagons.
I love wagons. I hope this one gets done soon: http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?192043-72-Estate-Wagon-Limited-Sport-Coupe
Dear Lord!!! $18000????? Now I REALLY feel good about my purchase! Yes, it does have the power tailgate. I did order the Sloan reports for her and everything the owner told me checked out. Want to hear something creepy? It was invoiced on my birthday in 1972! I guess it was just meant to be for me to buy this wagon.
Well, there you are! That would be great Kenny. I'm really chomping at the bit to get her home. Mark at then and now said towards the end of the month...we'll see. Appreciate you thinking of me and there will be a package coming you and your dad's way once things settle down a little. Thanks again! Brad
